5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data based on: your consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share with: Google Firebase (hosting), Google Gemini AI (project context only, no personal data), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and law enforcement if required.

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
